A Place of Refuge

Our Mission

At the Stevenson Psychological and Wellness Group, we offer a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where your voice will be heard. Our therapeutic approach provides a space to discuss your interpersonal, psychological and emotional concerns.
We value each client's unique strengths, background, and life experience. We pledge to be helpful, fair, honest, and respectful.
Healing is a process, but committing to small steps in reducing self-defeating behaviors will create life-altering and satisfying results-and we have the tools to help you.
Our services are individualized to meet your needs and ultimate life goals.

Our Services

Individual Therapy

Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. People in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. Many find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware.

Group Therapy

The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment.

Couples Therapy

In this space, couples are encouraged to state their thoughts, feelings, and desires to each other in a clear and compassionate manner. We encourage couples to demonstrate to their partners that they understand and empathize with each other’s points of view. As partners improve their communication, they find that their connection with each other deepens and strengthens. They become more skilled at resolving disagreements and solving problems, they cooperate more effectively, and they experience greater fulfillment in their relationship.
